Now, Now are back, but you might not recognize them. After falling silent after 2012 s Threads, the Minneapolis duo of Brad Hale and KC Dalager have returned but with a noticeably different sound on Saved. The band seems to have made good use of the hiatus to allow their style to evolve, trading in the raw, jangly guitar rock of their previous efforts for a more mature mode. At its core is the raw emotion that is a hallmark of Now, Now s music, but with noticeably smoother, and dreamier production.
