Finally an official repress! Now this is a prime example of the good nature of reissues. The Jackson Sisters LP is a rare piece. 2nd and 3rd pressings of it go for coin, even the Japanese repress goes for $50. The track people are after is the cut I Believe in Miracles which is also on pricey 45 with the same story. It s a staple soulful dance track with a slight disco edge. Did I mention it has a sick break intro? It s been sampled by everyone from Public Enemy to Basement Jaxx and Arrested Development. We ve got to hand it to Mr. Bongo for doing the work to get this out there. Considered by many a digger to be a holy grail of the soul and funk pantheon, this official repress is more than welcome. Ten tracks in all. Released by Mr Bongo on black vinyl housed in a full color replica sleeve with printed inner sleeve.
