Description

1997 s An Orchestrated Rise To Fall was Jimmy LaValle s first solo outing, for which the Tristeza member recorded his Rhodes improvisations onto a vintage drum machine. The melodic, ambient nature of the project carries over into this 2001 LP, but for One Day I ll Be On Time, guitars take on a much larger role. This project is yet another chill, relaxing post-rock listen from LaValle; you can see why Sigur Ros took him on tour after the release of this album.
